Monday, start of the week. My exercise week starts with a Tai Chi class. I started last year and find it incredibly challenging. Not the physical aspect but the mental and concentration element of the discipline. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday can be golfing days, if the weather allows. Wednesday I take a Yoga class, have been doing Yoga for 14 years. I have a great teacher who varies each class and I don't need any encouragement to attend. Over the years my flexibility and strength have improved, not a fast solution but definitely worthwhile. The class always ends with a session of meditation and relaxation. A great way to clear your mind, settle you down and make you feel balanced. I refer to it as my defragging. During the week I always have a practise at home of Tai Chi and Yoga just to keep them fresh in my mind and the body moving.
