My Golf membership is coming up for renewal. The owner has put up the annual fee and is also going to build some lodges on a piece of land near to the course and club house, which will cause some disruption. it has made me question whether I should change golf clubs. I have been a member for over 14 years and I would miss the Ladies Section and the security of knowing the golf course, well. But I also enjoy a challenge and if we ever sell our house I would have to join a new golf club at our new venue. So why not have a go at a new club now. I have made enquires about fees at a nearby golf course, which are considerably less, so my plan of action is to go and play the course before making my final decision. Watch this space..
