i.e. I like my own company at times to gather my thoughts together and relax.
I have lots of acquaintance's but only a handful of friends who I have known for decades.
If you know and understand yourself, you might have a chance of understanding other people's traits and understandings.
If you don't know yourself or what you want, how are other people supposed to know or read your mind.
In my opinion, with anything that you have a problem or difficulty with, the first step is learning you have a problem and admitting it to yourself. Only you can do that and then act to help yourself. The act might be asking somebody to educate or support you.
But it has to come from you. Nobody else can live your life for you.
Communication is a useful and powerful skill.
